Registration

Gravity is no match for Gym Cats kids!Registration may be done in person at our office or by mail. The registration form must be filled out completely front and back. 
No student will be permitted in the gym until registration procedures are complete. Payment must accompany the registration forms. 
No class placements will be held without tuition payment.

Class placements will be held in the order payments are received. Please register promptly to assure a place for your child in the class of your choice. We anticipate having to close many of our classes in order to have a low teacher/pupil ratio.

We have midsession enrollment as long there is availability. We will prorate the classes missed minus three (which are to be made up).

Payments

Any child registered for a session is obligated for entire session fee.

Full payment must be paid in full before start of first class.

No refunds will be given. In case of withdrawal (due to injury or serious illness) your balance will be credited. First-time students can receive a prorated refund minus a $50 processing fee up to the second class of the semester.

Make-Ups

Make-Up classes are for illness and family emergencies only.

All (maximum of 3) make-ups must be completed within the same session. No make-up credits can be carried over to future sessions. 
Make-ups are by appointment only.

Attire

Proper Attire is Essential!

Girls - leotard & bare feet. Close fitted shirt and / or shorts may be worn over leotards. Hair must be secured and no jewelry. 
Boys - cotton or nylon gym shorts or pants, T-shirt and bare feet.

For the safety of both the student and instructor, no student will be permitted to participate in class unless properly attired.

Valuables should be left at home. Gym Cats assumes no responsibility for the loss of money or other valuables.

Observation Policy

Only students are allowed in the gym. All spectators must remain in the waiting room. (The hallway is not a viewing area.) Young children should be left at home. Our goal is to minimize distractions.

Children should not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to class start time. Children should also be picked up promptly.
