Gym Cats is the most modern fully equipped facility in Southern New York State. The area of the gym is 8,700 square feet and has a 25 foot ceiling height.

Staff

Gym Cats coaching staff is made up of some of the most energetic and dedicated instructors in the area. All of our coaches are USAG safety certified professionals.
